Imboden Creek Senior Living & Rehabilitation in Decatur, IL is seeking an experienced RN Infection Preventionist / Wound Care Nurse for a full-time role. This position supports resident safety, infection prevention, wound healing, and quality outcomes within the nursing leadership and interdisciplinary care team.

• Current Illinois RN license is required.

• Complete wound assessments and provide appropriate treatments.

• Update care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy, and other members of the care team.
