Ridgewood is seeking an Infection Preventionist (RN) for a full-time role with on-call requirements. The IP will lead the IPCP across multiple locations, providing training, education, and program development to prevent infections and improve patient safety.
The ideal candidate holds an accredited Nursing degree with active RN licensure, completes IPC training within 90 days, and has at least three years of nursing experience, with flexibility to cover evening and night shifts.

The Infection Preventionist (IP) is responsible for the nursing center's Infection Prevention and Control Program (IPCP) and functions as a practitioner, resource, consultant, educator and facilitator for staff in multiple locations focusing on the following areas: Infection Prevention - Control Activities, Outcome - Process Surveillance, Outbreak Management, and Employee Health.
