Job summary

Thrive Personalized Medical Rehabilitation in Lisle, IL is seeking an experienced Infection Preventionist RN for a full-time evening shift (11:00 AM–7:30 PM) to join our Ignite Medical Resorts team. You will lead infection prevention efforts to protect residents and guests and collaborate with clinical staff to maintain the highest standards of care.

Certified Infection Preventionist and RN license are required, with Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Infection Preventionist required.
• RN license required.
• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead infection prevention initiatives to protect residents and guests.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
