Greene Health & Rehab Center in Greensburg seeks an Infection Preventionist/Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to oversee infection prevention programs across the community. You will identify training needs, develop plans, and ensure regulatory compliance, while supporting staff education and patient safety.

The role requires RN licensure, CPR/BLS, and formal infection prevention training, with preferred NATP certification and prior long-term care experience.

Formación

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of work.
• Maintain an active CPR or BLS certification.
• Complete specialized training in infection prevention and control.
• Must have basic computer skills and LMS/EHR experience.
• Minimum 2 years teaching adults and 3 years in long-term care.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee infection prevention and control program across the community.
• Develop and deliver training plans and materials.
• Evaluate training efficacy and ensure compliance with regulations.
