Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Clinical Infection Preventionist to develop, implement, and monitor site-specific infection prevention initiatives and support surveillance activities at the division and system level. You will lead staff education, rounding, and training to promote evidence-based practices and improve quality outcomes.
The role is full-time, with 40 hours per week, and requires a Bachelor's degree plus license/certification with CIC preferred (within one year).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
- License/certification required; CIC preferred and must be obtained within one year of eligibility.
- Two years in healthcare with infection control experience preferred.
Responsabilités
