We’re looking for a dedicated Infection Prevention Director to join our team and champion the health and safety of our residents, staff, and visitors.

Facility Type: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing

What You’ll Do

As our Infection Prevention Director, you’ll:

• Lead the development and implementation of our infection prevention and control program.
• Monitor and analyze infection trends and ensure compliance with CDC, CMS, OSHA, and state regulations.
• Educate and support staff on best practices in infection control.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and outbreak investigations.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain a safe, infection-free environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed RN or LPN in good standing (California)
• 1–2 years of infection control experience in long-term or acute care
• CDC or APIC training preferred (or willingness to complete)
• Strong knowledge of infection control regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
