Job summary

Gundersen Tweeten Care Center, located in Spring Grove, MN, is hiring an Infection Prevention and Control, Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement, and Education RN. This 1.0 FTE position (40 hours/week) typically follows a Monday–Friday day shift with on-call coverage on weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Minnesota RN License required.
• 1 year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Infection Preventionist certificate required within 3 months of hire.
• BLS CPR required; CPR Instructor within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide infection surveillance and management.
• Staff education and monitoring of required education.
• Assist with care center surveys.
• Lead quality improvement activities.
