• Conduct surveillance and monitoring of infections, including antibiotic use, to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Provide education and training to staff on infection prevention and control practices, including hand hygiene, masking, and disinfection procedures.
• Collaborate with the quality improvement team to identify and address areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control regulations, standards, and guidelines.
