Qualifications

• Infection prevention expertise and healthcare knowledge required.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in a healthcare field.
• Preferred CIC certification and active licensure as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Direct the managerial functions of our Infection Control Program.
• Assure CMS, TJC, CDC, OSHA compliance with standards.
• Analyze infection data to identify trends and risk factors.
• Educate staff on infection control protocols and policies.
• Develop and maintain infection control standards meeting regulatory guidelines.
