Competenze
- Requires degrees in health/science fields with relevant infection prevention experience.
- Leadership experience in healthcare settings.
- Certification in Infection Control or related field preferred.
Mansioni
- Lead Infection Prevention and Caregiver Health teams including hiring and performance management.
- Define accountability and escalation paths across Infection Preventionists and Clinical Coordinators.
- Oversee infection prevention programs, surveillance, outbreak response, and ICRA processes.
