Qualifications

• Manage our Infection Control Program and ensure compliance with CMS, TJC, CDC, OSHA, and other standards.
• Analyze infection data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop and manage hospital policies related to infection control.
• Perform surveillance and reporting of hospital-acquired infections.
• Maintain employee health records and conduct wellness programs.
• Manage new hire employee health processes.
• Licenses and Certifications: CPR (ACLS preferred), Basic Life Support (CPR instructor preferred), applicable health-related license or certification.
• Education & Experience: Post-secondary education in health-related fields, knowledge of Workers' Compensation law and OSHA regulations, training in infection control, Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred), CIC certification (preferred), 1 year clinical experience, RN with CRRN certification (preferred), hospital infection control experience (preferred).
