Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Lebanon, IN seeks a Staff Development and Infection Control Nurse (LPN/RN) to train staff on infection control and support the DON/ADON. You will conduct in-service trainings, oversee infection control programs, participate on committees, and perform rounds.

Requires current LPN or RN license, CPR, and Infection Preventionist certification or willingness to pursue. Trilogy offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid LPN or RN license.
• Infection Preventionist certification or willingness to attend certification training.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-service training programs for nursing staff and ensure CE requirements are met for licensed personnel.
• Maintain active Infection Control programs and ensure adherence to isolation precautions.
• Serve on committees (Infection Control, Policy Advisory, Quality Assurance) and participate in campus rounds.
• Make daily rounds to ensure nursing staff perform tasks per nursing standards.
• Review fridge temps, crash cart audits, Infection Control rounding, and HIPAA compliance as needed.
• Administer employee vaccinations and maintain accurate records.
• Provide patient care as needed and participate in campus on-call rotation.
