Job summary
Heritage Hall is seeking a Registered Nurse - Infection Control Preventionist to join our team in Lexington, KY. The role focuses on infection prevention within a long-term care setting and requires an active RN license and prior infection control exposure.
This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSAs/HSAs, disability coverage, PTO, 401K and daily pay options.

- Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia.
