Guardian Angels Senior Services is seeking an Infection Control Preventionist / Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Guardian Angels Care Center in Elk River, MN. The role offers a salary range of $90,000–$113,000 based on experience and includes comprehensive benefits.

You will lead infection prevention, coordinate risk management, and serve as acting Director of Nursing in their absence. The position requires an MN RN license, CPR, and specialized infection prevention training, with 3–5

Qualifications

• Current MN RN license; active and unrestricted.
• Three to five years nursing experience with prior supervisory roles.
• Specialized training in infection prevention and control.
• PCC experience is highly desired; Microsoft 365 experience required.
• Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead in DON's absence; participate in nursing meetings.
• Oversee Risk Management, IDT, and QAPI-related activities.
• Coordinate infection control program; train staff; audits.
• Lead infection control drills; ensure regulation compliance.
• Assist with admissions, interviews, and staff performance reviews.
