Catholic Charities in Hartford, CT is hiring for a full-time teacher to plan, implement and evaluate development experiences for enrolled infants and toddlers. You will provide a safe, developmentally appropriate classroom under supervision by the director.

Responsibilities include health and safety, routine care, progress observations, family collaboration, and weekly learning plan preparation, all while ensuring compliance with state standards and center policies.

Qualificações

• AA in Early Childhood Education or Child Development; enrollment in higher ed with supervised experience
• Experience coordinating activities and communicating with families
• Ability to work with infants/toddlers and adapt to diverse needs

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for infants 6 weeks to 3 years
• Ensure health and safety; maintain hygienic routines and supervision
• Document progress, prepare weekly learning plans and parent reports
• Coordinate with families, staff, and specialists to support development
• Lead planning with instructional leader and teaching team as needed
• Maintain records, comply with policies and privacy requirements
