Qualifications

• Infant/toddler teaching knowledge and coursework (Head Start standards, early childhood development).
• Commitment to safety, health, and development of infants/toddlers.
• Ability to collaborate with parents, caregivers, and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, health, and development of infants and toddlers in a nurturing setting.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curricula aligned with licensing requirements.
• Conduct home visits and parent-teacher conferences to discuss child progress and goals.
