The Learning Experience in Ashburn, VA is hiring an Infant/Toddler Teacher to support early development in a nurturing classroom. You will create structured routines that foster confidence and communication, while partnering with families about milestones and progress.

Qualifications

• Prior childcare experience required.
• CDA preferred but not required.
• Experience working with infants or toddlers strongly preferred.
• Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom routines for infants and toddlers.
• Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and supervision.
• Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
• Encourage early communication and social development.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestones.
• Follow Virginia licensing and safety requirements.
