Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred for Lead Teacher.
• 1–2 years of prior experience with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in relation to children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging activities using Goddard's Wonder of Learning curriculum.
• Build relationships with students and parents; maintain daily communication at drop-off/pick-up.
• Supervise a class at ratio in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Work in a clean, modern facility with multiple classrooms and play spaces.
• Collaborate with directors and fellow teachers to support student growth.
• Participate in school events and family activities.
