Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Early Childhood Education degree preferred for Lead Teacher
• CDA credential preferred
• 1–2 years of experience with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in relation to handling children, infants if applicable
• Positive, dependable team player with good communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Leverage Goddard's Wonder of Learning curriculum to deliver engaging activities
• Build relationships with students and parents, with daily communication at drop-off/pick-up
• Supervise a class at ratio in a safe, nurturing environment
• Work in a clean, modern facility with multiple playgrounds and spaces
• Engage with the school community in events like Fall Festival, Carnivals, Summer Picnic, Parents' Night Out
