• Candidates without an associate’s degree must complete the Child Development Apprenticeship within four years of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing care, supervision and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children 0-3.
• Implement High Scope curriculum and conduct ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with coworkers, volunteers and support staff; build partnerships with families.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal licensing and grant requirements.
