YaYa’s Yuniversity in Waxahachie, TX seeks an enthusiastic Infant/Toddler Teacher to support young learners and families. You will supervise children, create engaging activities, and maintain a safe, caring classroom.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, at least 6 months in a child-care setting, CPR/First Aid certification (reimbursed), and a collaborative, professional attitude. This role offers pay at $12.00 per hour, paid vacation/holidays, a PD stipend, discounted

Competenze

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Supervise scholars and provide a safe and caring learning environment at all times
• Create weekly lesson plans aligned with the Texas School Readiness Guidelines
• Observe, document, and evaluate children’s progress
• Communicate effectively with families through Brightwheel Software
• Attend professional development workshops (at least 20 ECE hours per year)

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• 6 months of center-based experience working with infants/toddlers
• Certification in Infant/Child First Aid and CPR (we reimburse)
• A team-orientated player with a positive, professional attitude
