Infant/Toddler Teacher Child Development Center Lancaster, MA RFK Community Alliance has an exciting full-time opportunity for a Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our Child Development Center and Education team in Lancaster, MA. $2,500 Sign-On Incentive This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months. Who We Seek: The Infant/Toddler Teacher will work in our Child Development Center, providing an enriched and engaging environment for young children that encourages their imagination, challenges their thinking skills, and enhances their social and language development. The Educator will provide instruction and guidance to students to assist their academic, social, and emotional development. Providing daily care, education, and recreation of children, including the daily operations of the classroom.
