Job summary

The Sunshine House in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Daycare Teacher to help shape the futures of young children. You will provide a safe, nurturing classroom, support early learning through Creative Curriculum and Brain Connect, and partner with families through daily updates and conversations.

We offer a starting pay range of $15–$17 per hour with opportunities for higher pay with education and experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young children.
• At least 18-years-old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass background checks & health assessments.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.
• At least 30 days working in a licensed center preferred.

Compensation & Pay Range

Pay range $15-$17. Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. Regular increases are considered with additional education, stellar performance, and years of service.
