Job summary

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy in Piedmont, SC is hiring teachers dedicated to shaping young minds in a safe, nurturing setting. You’ll use Creative Curriculum and our Brain Connect programs to foster curiosity, social and emotional growth, and strong family partnerships.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with potential increases for education, experience, and tenure. We offer health benefits, tuition assistance through TEACH, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young children.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass background checks & health assessments.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• At least 30 days working in a licensed center preferred.

Compensation & Pay Range: Stating at $15 per hour Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. Regular increases are considered with additional education, stellar performance, and years of service.
