Job summary

Motivation, Education, & Training, Inc. in Texas is hiring to implement the EHS curriculum and Head Start standards in Early Head Start classrooms. The role involves planning engaging daily activities for infants and toddlers.

You will work Monday–Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and receive comprehensive benefits. A HS diploma or GED and experience with families and young children are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience working with families and young children preferred.
• Detail- and multi-task oriented with strong organizational, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to cope with stress and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Implement the EHS curriculum, assessment and Head Start Performance Standards for Early Head Start classrooms.
• Prepare daily lesson plans in advance that include both indoor and outdoor activities, are individualized and based on the infants/toddlers own needs, interests, schedules and include multicultural education materials and activities, family style meals and other elements, as appropriate.
