Qualifications

• High school degree or GED.
• Must be at least years old.
• Relevant daycare experience with infants/toddlers preferred.
• Caring and compassionate attitude essential; strong interpersonal skills.

• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Physical care of infant/toddler (diapering, feeding, cleanliness).
• Follow age-appropriate curriculum and build relationships with director, coworkers, parents, and students.
• Ensure safety of children, classroom cleanliness, and respect diverse backgrounds.
• Interact daily with children during circle time, centers, snacks, lunchtime, playground, and free play.
• Maintain attendance records; order supplies and materials.
• Attend staff meetings and serve on committees as required.
