Job summary

KenCrest is seeking an Infant-Toddler Speech Language Pathologist to deliver 0-3 early intervention services in line with OCDEL’s FGRBI coaching model. The role is full-time, hybrid/field work, with a salary starting at $75,000.

You will provide direct and indirect services to young children and their families, implement the FGRBI coaching model, and apply evidence-based practices while maintaining documentation in accordance with state and county expectations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology (MS or MA).
• State licensure in Pennsylvania and ongoing CEU renewals every 2 years.
• Experience working with infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect services to children and their families.
• Implement FGRBI coaching model.
• Implement evidence-based practices for Early Intervention Services.
• Effectively communicate the child’s developmental levels and progress in writing and orally.
