Job summary

KenCrest is seeking an Infant-Toddler Speech Language Pathologist to deliver 0-3 early intervention services in line with OCDEL’s FGRBI coaching model. The role is full-time, hybrid/field work, with a salary starting at $75,000.

You will provide direct and indirect services to young children and their families, implement the FGRBI coaching model, and apply evidence-based practices while maintaining documentation in accordance with state and county expectations.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology (MS or MA).
  • State licensure in Pennsylvania and ongoing CEU renewals every 2 years.
  • Experience working with infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families.

Full Time, Monday through Friday (some flexibility required) Hybrid/ In Field Work Covering Philadelphia, PA Salary starting at $75,000

KenCrest is seeking an Infant- Toddler Speech Language Pathologist.

You will be responsible for providing 0-3 early intervention services in alignment with OCDEL’s Family Guided Routines Based Intervention (FGRBI) coaching model, maintaining all documentation in accordance with state and county expectations. The Speech Therapist ensures the implementation of evidence-based practices in providing direct Early Intervention Services with children and families.

As an Infant- Toddler SLP, you will:
  • Provide direct and indirect services to children and their families
  • Implement FGRBI coaching model
  • Implement evidence-based practices for Early Intervention Services
  • Effectively communicate orally and in writing the child’s developmental levels/ progress and outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with parents/caregivers to identify activities to support language development.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology (MS or MA)
  • Licensure in the state of Pennsylvania and ongoing completion of approved continuing education hours in the two (2) year mandatory renewal period to maintain licensure
  • Experience working with infants and toddlers with disabilities, and their parents/caregivers required
