Job summary

KenCrest is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join its Birth-to-Three Early Intervention program in Philadelphia, PA. The role provides 22.5 hours of direct service per week within a 37.5-hour schedule and includes collaboration with families to support children birth through three with developmental delays or risks.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and PA licensure, with at least one year of pediatric EI or home-based experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in OT required.
• Active Pennsylvania OT license required.
• Minimum 1 year pediatric experience required.
• Minimum 1 year Early Intervention or home-based service delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 22.5 hours of direct Birth-to-Three EI services for Philadelphia families (within a 37.5 hour work week).
• Maintain documentation per program, county, and OCDEL requirements.
• Complete annual OCDEL and Philadelphia county trainings and maintain PA OT license(s).
• Deliver direct services utilizing evidence-based Family Guided Routines Based Interventions (FGRBI).
