Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Therapist Assistant to work with infants and toddlers in the Early Childhood Intervention program in Lytle, TX. The role is full-time with extensive travel; compensation is $56,602 annually.

Responsibilities include service delivery per IFSPs, documentation, and supervision under the Administrative Supervisor. A Texas SLP-A license and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of rehabilitation therapy principles, techniques, and treatment.
• Skill in the use of rehabilitation equipment, materials, and tools.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and administer rehabilitation therapy programs.
• Ability to conduct evaluations and assessments.
• Skills in interviewing; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to supervise the work of others.
• Must have ability to work under conditions requiring physical stamina and ability to work in a stressful environment.
• You must possess good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve infants and toddlers (birth to 36 months) under the ECI program, delivering services per IFSPs.
• Travel throughout the service area; use of personal vehicle may be required; travel reimbursed.
• Report to Administrative Supervisor; work under supervision with initiative and independent judgment.
• Submit accurate and timely documentation; extensive travel required.
• Must maintain current SLP-A license and valid Texas driver's license.
