Job summary

Celebree School™ is seeking an Infant/Toddler/Pre-K Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing environment. You will weave Celebree's vision and values into daily activities while delivering age-appropriate experiences that foster growth and curiosity.

You will help guide classroom Aides on their path into early childhood education with confidence and compassion, fostering a supportive learning atmosphere for children and families.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency.
• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements.
• The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the classrooms ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Hours: Monday through Friday: All shifts are available (Morning, afternoon and evening)
