Job summary

South Central Community Action Program is seeking a Teacher Aide in Bloomington, MN, to provide support for infants and toddlers through developmentally appropriate practices. You will assist Lead Teachers and help maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment while partnering with families to reinforce children's learning and development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Monitor children to ensure they’re safe and supervised.
• Support Lead Teacher in planning age-appropriate curriculum.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance and incidents.
