Cadence Education in Rochester, MN is seeking an Infant & Toddler Lead Teacher to join our all-star team. You’ll create a nurturing, joyful classroom where babies can explore and grow, while partnering with families to celebrate every milestone.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and experience as an infant or toddler teacher. CDA or Early Childhood degree is preferred. Full-time benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
• Experience rocking it as an infant teacher.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.
• Previous preschool lead teacher experience.
• Classroom management skills that keep the team on point.

Responsibilities

• Lead the charge in creating a nurturing, joyful space for infants.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to craft an age-appropriate curriculum.
• Share daily updates with parents on child progress.
• Guide play to support safety, language, and cognitive development.
• Design a daily schedule balancing quiet cuddles, outdoor fun, and motor-skill challenges.
