Learning Care in Roseville, CA is seeking an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to support our youngest learners. You will follow licensing guidelines, implement our curriculum, and collaborate with families to foster growth and curiosity.

We value hands-on training, ongoing professional development, and a strong team culture. This role offers a stable schedule with no nights or weekends, and favorable benefits for full-time staff.

Competenze

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
