Base pay range

$13.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Infant-Toddler Lead Teacher (Immediate Hire) Full-Time

Hours:
9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Shift: Monday- Friday

Pay: Hourly/Weekly

Our littlest learners need your nurturing touch and vibrant spirit to guide them through their first steps in education.

  • Creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where infants can explore, learn, and giggle their hearts out.
  • Planning and implementing engaging activities that promote their cognitive, social, and physical development.
  • Building strong relationships with parents, providing them with daily updates and reassurance that their little ones are in good hands.
  • Changing diapers with ninja-like speed and efficiency, because superheroes come in all sizes.
  • Collaborating with a team of passionate educators to ensure a seamless and enriching learning experience.
  • Embracing the messiness that comes with infants and celebrating each milestone, no matter how small.

Requirements

A heart filled with love for infants and a genuine passion for their growth and well-being.

  • Previous experience working with infants or toddlers
  • Excellent communication skills to connect with both children and parents, because sharing a funny story or a cute babble is what makes the day brighter.
  • A positive and patient attitude, even when surrounded by chaos (because let's face it, infants have a knack for mischief).
  • A strong desire to learn and grow as an educator, because we believe in empowering our team members to reach for the stars.
  • A valid CDA, Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC), or Child Development qualification (or a willingness to obtain one), because we want to ensure our little ones receive the best care possible.
