Job summary
Children's Paradise Inc. is seeking a lead preschool educator to drive the educational care and development of a designated classroom.
You will implement the Quality Preschool Initiative and supervise Instructional Assistants to support high-quality learning for students and their families. The role requires implementing a rich curriculum, using CLASS tool for intentional teaching, and maintaining engaging learning centers across science, math, literacy, and more; strong health and safety
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in ECE/Child Development or higher level degree.
- Infant/toddler units.
- 24 ECE units + ability to attain Child Development Teacher's Permit or higher level permit.
Responsibilities
- Lead educational care and development of a classroom following program requirements.
- Supervise Instructional Assistants and support high-quality learning for students, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with children, staff, and families to ensure high-quality early childhood education.
