The Oregon Child Development Coalition is seeking an Infant Toddler Instructional Assistant to assist teaching staff in infant and toddler classrooms, ensuring a safe, healthy environment and adherence to grant standards, licensing, USDA, and policies. Metro locations include Washington County and Multnomah County sites.
Role may provide coverage for child/teacher ratios during breaks and planning time, with placement within range determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.

Assists teaching staff with various duties in the infant and/or toddler classrooms in accordance with grant standards, childcare licensing regulations, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), OCDC’s policies and procedures and other applicable standards. Helps to maintain a healthy and safe classroom environment. May provide coverage for child/teacher ratios when teaching staff must leave the classroom for breaks, meetings, and/or planning time.
No prior education or experience is required for this position.
