Job summary

LEAP School in Bedford, MA is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated teachers for full-time and afternoon roles across our Lexington, Bedford, and Sudbury locations. You will design and implement curriculum for toddler/preschool classrooms, maintain a supportive learning environment, and build strong relationships with students and families.

We offer extensive training, small class sizes, and a humorous, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of experience teaching Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschoolers.
• College degree required.
• Certified Teacher, Early Childhood Education (ECE), or CDA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement curriculum for toddler/preschool classroom.
• Maintain classroom environment to support students' needs.
• Develop relationships with students to tailor teaching to individual needs.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff.
• Use communication tools to engage parents of students.
• Participate in professional development, supervision, and planning time.
• Contribute to a positive atmosphere with energy for teaching young children.

Education

Bachelor’s degree
