Job summary

LEAP School in Sudbury, MA is hiring enthusiastic full-time teachers for toddlers/preschoolers. Roles include curriculum design, classroom management, and building strong relationships with students and families. Positions available now with training and small class sizes.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of experience teaching Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschoolers
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
• EEC qualification or in process to become qualified; 5 weeks+ vacation time, 401k, health insurance

Responsibilities

• Design and implement curriculum for your toddler/preschool classroom
• Maintain your classroom environment to support the needs of your students
• Develop meaningful relationships with your students to allow you to individualize your teaching to meet their needs
• Collaborate with and support your fellow teachers on a consistent basis
• Use our communication tools to develop relationships with the parents of our students
• Fully participate in professional development opportunities including weekly supervision, ongoing trainings, paid planning time, staff meetings and curriculum meetings
• Contribute to our positive atmosphere with flexibility and your joy for teaching young children

Education
