Job summary

LEAP School in Lexington, MA is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and caring teachers to join our teaching team. Full-time and afternoon positions are available for now, July and September, at our Lexington, Bedford, and Sudbury locations.

We offer extensive training in a supportive learning environment and small class sizes, with a sense of humor helpful! Job responsibilities include designing and implementing curriculum for toddler/preschool classrooms, maintaining a nourishing classroom

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of experience teaching Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschoolers.
• College degree required.
• Certified Teacher, ECE or CDA.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement curriculum for toddler/preschool classroom.
• Maintain classroom environment to support students' needs.
• Develop meaningful relationships with students to individualize teaching.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers on a consistent basis.
• Use communication tools to engage with parents.
• Participate in professional development, supervision, planning time, and meetings.
• Contribute to a positive atmosphere with joy for teaching young children.
