Job summary

Genesee Intermediate School District is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist for Early On to provide birth-to-three services to infants, toddlers, and their families in home, childcare, and community settings. Services are delivered through a Primary Service Provider model with coaching for caregivers, aligned to Michigan Early On and IDEA Part C requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience working with infants and toddlers birth-to-three preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement IFSPs with families and caregivers.
• Strong written and verbal communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Participates in multidisciplinary evaluations for Early On services.
• Assists in development, implementation and review of IFSPs.
• Provides early intervention services per IFSP and coaches families.
• Maintains documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulations.
• Travels between service locations to deliver services.
