Qualifications

• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, and parent groups.
• Provide home-based services to families.
• Collaborate with community providers for continuity of services.
• Provide service coordination including Individual Family Service Plan.

Skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365

Ability to use computer-based technology

Education

Master’s Degree in Social Work

Current licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW)

Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology or equivalent
