Zusammenfassung

Acelero Learning is seeking an Early Head Start Teacher (Infant/Toddler) to co-teach a classroom of 6-8 children from birth to 3 years old in Pennsylvania. You will collaborate with a partner teacher to implement the Creative Curriculum and support outcomes across development and language.

You’ll plan daily activities, track progress, engage families, and contribute to a robust benefits program as part of a mission-driven team serving diverse communities.

Qualifikationen

• Infant/Toddler CDA or AA/BA in Early Childhood Education, or willingness to obtain Infant/Toddler CDA within one year.
• Travel required locally or long-distance up to 10% of the time for work-related meetings and functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Develops individual learning plans for each child based on identified needs and objectives.
• Plans and implements lesson plans to advance cognitive and physical development and school readiness.
• Implements developmentally and linguistically appropriate experiences for age/language/culture.
• Collaborates with partner Teacher in daily lesson planning and posts them for parents/volunteers.
• Implements daily lesson plans responding to children’s needs and interests with observations and records.
• Provides support for language development through active facilitation and modeling.
• Establishes routines and learning environment to encourage social interaction and curiosity.
• Uses behavior guidance strategies with clear expectations and positive redirection.
