Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required for Infant/Toddler tracks.
• CDA or higher certification in infant/toddler development required or in progress.
• ECE-related degree or coursework with focus on infant/toddler development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, health, and development of infants/toddlers in a nurturing environment.
• Plan culturally responsive curriculum aligned with Head Start and licensing.
• Maintain safe, clean, and engaging classrooms; supervise children at all times.
• Complete developmental screenings, observations, assessments, and learning plans.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and specialists to support development.
• Conduct home visits and parent-teacher conferences on child progress.
