• Driver’s license and access to a vehicle within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate developmental skills of infants and toddlers; develop service plans.
• Provide developmentally-focused services and family consultations.
• Maintain records and document plans; coordinate services with community resources.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in staff meetings.
