Job summary

Lutheran Services Florida, Inc. seeks an Infant Toddler Specialist to design and deliver developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers within the Early Head Start program. You will ensure alignment with federal standards and support family engagement.

Preferred credentials include CDA/ FCCPC or higher in child development, plus two years in Head Start or similar settings; bilingual abilities are a plus. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with CDA/FCCPC or related credential.
• CDA (Infant/Toddler) or FCCPC required or an equivalent degree.
• Two years' Head Start/ Early Head Start or preschool experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily activities for infants and toddlers.
• Assess developmental needs and tailor individual education plans.
• Document progress and report to supervising staff.
• Maintain safety and health standards in classrooms.
• Collaborate with families and staff to support learning.
