Child Care Resources Inc seeks a dedicated Childcare Specialist to deliver a safe, developmentally appropriate daycare program at Especially Children Child Care Development Center. You will plan activities, supervise children, and maintain a clean, secure environment.

You will implement nutrition, daily schedules, and culturally responsive activities while adhering to policies and emergency procedures. Strong communication with parents and staff is essential.

• Policies and procedures to ensure constant supervision and safety

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a program for young children
• Plan and implement activities to meet physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs
• Provide nutritious snacks and lunches
• Provide adequate equipment and activities
• Ensure clean, safe and well-maintained facilities
• Provide weekly/monthly activity schedules
• Develop culturally appropriate programs and literacy/math activities
• Establish policies and procedures including disciplinary policies
• Be familiar with emergency procedures
• Supervise children at all times
• Provide varied experiences: songs, games, storytelling
• Provide sleep/rest time
• Build children's self-esteem
• Establish routines and positive guidance
• Create safe environment for children to feel secure
• Implement positive discipline when required
• Communicate clearly with children
• Maintain program administration and inform parents of progress
• Develop and maintain confidential client files
