Job summary

It's All About Kids Inc. in Framingham, MA is seeking a passionate Certified Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood team. You will plan engaging activities, foster development across social, emotional, cognitive, and physical domains, and build strong relationships with families.

The role requires experience with toddlers, knowledge of development principles, and EEC certification or willingness to obtain. A supportive environment promotes growth and collaboration among staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with toddlers or young children in an early childhood setting.
• Solid understanding of early childhood development principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for toddler-aged children.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Monitor and support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities.
• Maintain accurate developmental records and daily reports for each child.
• Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support program goals.
