Responsibilities include planning activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive growth, guiding infants in music and stories, and maintaining a warm classroom while coordinating with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Experience in childcare
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s in early childhood education or equivalent
• Child Development Associate Credential (or alternative)
• High school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of early childhood activity experience
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• 3+ years in classroom management preferred

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for toddlers 12m - 18m
• Plan and lead engaging activities supporting social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Guide infants in exploring the world through music, movement, stories, and hands-on play
• Support routines like mealtime, diapering, and nap time with kindness
• Foster strong relationships with parents and provide daily updates
• Collaborate with a team that values laughter, creativity, and teamwork
