Job summary

YWCA Central MA in Worcester, MA is seeking an Infant Teacher to manage an assigned classroom in alignment with NAEYC standards and EEC guidelines. The role reports to the Lead Teacher and is full-time with daytime hours.

The position includes benefits such as health/dental/vision, sign-on bonus, paid holidays, and tuition assistance after one year. A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is required or enrollment in a program.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a safe environment and curriculum using Teaching Strategies Gold.
• Supervise children in play and structured activities.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment; perform light housekeeping as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and maintain Health and Safety, First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Maintain classroom records and participate in annual IPDP and classroom assessments.
